Information gathering and bedside tests focuses on information obtained through (carer or patient) interview or simple bedside tests that can assist with providing care. You will learn about the information nurses need to gather initially (such as personal history and biography) and also routinely throughout the person's hospital stay, relevant to their functional performance and ability to participate in care. This is module 5 in the 9-part module series: The View from Here: Skills in Dementia Care for Acute Settings
