The Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety has released its findings. Medication management was among the key areas targeted for improvement. This webinar addresses strategies to promote the safe and effective use of medication in residential aged care, including residential management review, medication regimen simplification, and medication quality indicators. Professor Simon Bell is the director of the Centre for Medicine Use and Safety, Monash University. He is also an NHMRC Dementia Leadership Fellow and is Adjunct Professor of Geriatric Pharmacotherapy at the University of Eastern Finland.
