The Changed Behaviour (CB) Consultancy works with dementia care leaders to embed evidence‑based frameworks and tools that strengthen organisational capacity and improve responses to changed behaviour across various care settings. This 9‑week program combines self‑directed learning with guided expert support to build participants’ confidence and capability in responding to changed behaviour in people living with dementia in their care. Each week, participants complete 1 of 8 structured learning modules. They then join a 1‑hour online discussion session with a DTA Changed Behaviour Training Lead, creating space to deepen understanding, reflect on practice, and apply new knowledge. Several weeks also feature sessions with clinical experts who explore some of the more common presentations of changed behaviour. Participants will explore gaps in their service to then consider how they can create lasting, meaningful change as a result of the consultancy.
